What is A Customer?
A Customer is the most important person ever in this office . . .in person, by mail or even on the web. A Customer is not dependent on us . . . we are dependent on him. A Customer is not an interruption of our work . . . he is the purpose of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him . . . he is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so. A Customer is not an outsider to our business . . . he is a part of it. A Customer is not a cold statistic . . . he is a flesh-and-blood human being with feelings and emotions like your own, and with biases and prejudices. A Customer is not someone to argue or match wits with. Nobody ever won an argument with a customer. A Customer is a person who brings us his wants. Return Policy Product must be returned in its original package and be in resalable condition. Full credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days of purchase date. Items returned more than 30 days but less than 90 days after purchase date will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. No credit will be issued for products returned more than 90 days after purchase date without prior authorization from your salesperson. If product is faulty due to manufacturers' defect, we guarantee 100% credit or product replacement. Any shipping charges incurred for the return of products to Range Office Supply are the responsibility of the purchaser. Custom orders and special orders are non-returnable. |
